    So it is not specified if the OVEN should be set on hot air or inferior heating or combined mode. That should make a big difference in the outcome and you left us clueless about it.

    Hello. Love the video. I just have one question.. how does the top get brown? Do you turn on the top side of the oven for a while or it just gets brown from the heat coming from the bottom?

    Очень очень вкусный воздушный во рту таит.Есть лучше сразу оседает немного.Ванилина побольше чтоб убрать вкус яиц.Это чудо воздушное.

    i might just make this. its so simple but looks so good. other than whipped cream, what would be good with it? ganache is too heavy, right?
