Shuijianbao is a common dim sum in Shandong, Taiwan, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. It is similar to “Shengjianbao”. It has a thin layer of flour and water. The filling is pork and scallops. Add shrimps, Taiwanese simmered sachets add cabbage. When cooking, a layer of black sesame seeds will be sprinkled on it to add aroma and taste.
