Handmade Tofu In Taiwan Traditional Market

In the traditional market, I found that this stall has many beans that are made and sold!
Behind a seemingly simple piece of tofu is such a complicated process. The boss has to start work in the early morning to selling it in the morning market, which is really hard!
It is made by hand-pressing with bittern coagulation, without adding slaked lime, gypsum or chemical additives.
The completely natural method makes people feel at ease and also delicious!!

    我知道鹽滷豆腐真的不好做,但是看這師傅很厲害,水都不用量直接開水就直接磨漿了。出來的豆腐形狀很扎實豆子應該用的比其他店家多,看起來很好吃。
