There are so many you tubers who put up food videos but do not have the breath of vocabulary to describe the food they eat, even with the best video footage. Which is why I must applaud and congratulate you on your video, even though some of it has no video footage you have taken the time to describe lovingly what you ate which in my opinion makes this more memorable and beautiful.

I lived in Taiwan for 2 years, and they had the best food anywhere, at reasonable costs, and in a greater variety than I have seen anywhere

Hi Kelly, all great choices, besides the prior suggestion of ice cream with caramel/peanut shaving and cilantro, I would also include; oyster omelet or vermicelli, sausage, mocha & steamed ba-wan with shrimp on top from Miao Dong Night Market in Fengyuan, first booth at the main entrance and have it with their delicious crab/mushroom soup, finish off by walking down 50 feet to try iced pineapple drink with almond jello.
