Kee chang famous food in Taiwan,
you need glutinous rice. alkaline water or lye , oil
bamboo leaves, and strings you can buy these on market.
wash first glutinous rice, add tbsp of alkaline water,then mix ,blend it thoroughly. add drops of oil then mix.let it soak for two hours..before wrapping.for wrapping wash and clean thoroughly ,bamboo leaves.then boil it then, let it cool down,use two pcs of leaves to wrap.
put an.amount of rice then wrap and tie it,then hang.use pressure cooker to cook as it lessen the duration of time cooking. after done cook hang it first,cool it down before serving.
