Taiwan Street Food Hujiao Bing Black Pepper Bun

Taiwan Street Food Hujiao Bing Black Pepper Bun

Spent a day with a local from Taiwan, and tried a delicious baked bun called a Pepper Cake. Originally from Fuzhou China, and now a very popular street food in Taiwan. It is made in a traditional charcoal cylindrical oven, containing pork/beef, white/black pepper, and scallion. It’s absolutely delicious. We also visited the Lungshan Temple in the old village of Taipei.
